Renting the studio is super easy! You can click HERE or click the “book now button” at the top of this page. This will take you to our online booking portal where you can choose the amount date, time, and length of the session you would like to book. We offer sessions from 1 hour all the way up to 12 hours long.

You can rent the studio in blocks of 1 hour. 1 hour is the shortest booking available, and 12 hours is the longest booking available.

If you need more than 12 hours, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your individual circumstance.

Studio rental rates are super easy to follow:

1 Hour: $100

2+ Hours: $80 per hour

Bookings can be made in 1 hour blocks, every hour, on the hour.

The time you book includes the time for load in and load out.

For example: If you rent a 2 Hour session from 1 pm to 3 pm, you may begin loading in and setting up starting at 1pm. You are expected to begin cleaning and loading out early enough, so you are out the door by the end of your scheduled time at 3pm.

This ensures every booking goes smoothly. It is important to be courteous and mindful of your time during your booking, as we sometimes have sessions that run back to back, and going over your time cuts into the next person’s session.

All studio lighting is included with every booking. No extra charges, no extra fees.

You can choose to use Profoto Strobes , Aputure Continuous lighting or both on any of your projects.

Here in the studio, we have a wealth of tools available for you to bring your session to life.

Here is what we have available for use during your booking:

Profoto Strobes: 3x Profoto D2 strobes, and wireless AirTTL Triggers.

Aputure Continuous Lighting: 2x Amaran 150c with RGB, 2x Amaran 100d, 1x Aputure 600d (available upon request)

Cyclorama Wall: 16 ft wide, 11 ft tall, 10 feet deep, single wall, white cyclorama wall.

C-Stands: 6 stands, 3 of which are on wheels.

Colored Backdrops: A variety of options available, please inquire directly if you need a specific color and we will do our best to accommodate.

Fog machine

Lighting Modifiers: 3x Aputure Lightdome SE, 2x large Godox Strip Box, 1x Aputure Lantern 90, 8x Standard Reflectors.

Sonos Speaker: Can be used via bluetooth, or casted to via Wifi, as well as “Hey Google” functionality.

2x Rolling Walls: different colors/textures on each side. These walls are subject to change at any time.

Cleaning fees are rare, and are only applied when the studio is left in worse condition than it was found.

If a mess is left in the studio, and it is not cleaned up before leaving, a cleaning fee of $75 per hour will be billed to you after your session. Please remember that the renter is responsible for all guests and clients in the studio, and their messes as well.

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring anything you need for your vision to come to life. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring any oversized items, so we can make preparations to assist you and/or ensure the freight elevator is available for use if necessary.

There are multiple places on the street outside of the studio to park. Some are paid spots, some are visitor spots that do not require payment. There is also a parking lot across the street that charges by the hour. When you confirm your booking, you will receive a visual guide on where to park, what is free, and what requires payment.

You can rent at any time, but keep in mind studio bookings are first come first served. Our online booking is available 24/7, and we encourage you to book early so you can ensure your time will be available.
